Terms of Service

By using VisiHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use VisiHub. VisiHub is provided by RegAtlas, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

VisiHub is a cloud platform for publishing, versioning, and verifying datasets and spreadsheets. What we provide:

• Dataset hosting and version history
• Immutable snapshots with cryptographic proof
• Reconciliation controls with signed results
• API access for publishing and verification

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to VisiHub. By uploading data, you grant us a license to store, process, and serve it as necessary to provide the service. For public repositories, this includes making the data available to anyone. Public data: Data in public repos is visible to everyone. Snapshots are immutable once published. Private data: Private repos are only accessible to you and collaborators you authorize. We will not access your private data except as needed to operate the service, or as required by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you publish.

VisiHub reconciliation controls connect to third-party financial services (Stripe, QuickBooks, Mercury, etc.) using credentials you provide. Important:

• We use your credentials only to fetch data for reconciliation
• Credentials are stored encrypted and never shared with third parties
• Reconciliation results are computed by the vgrid engine, not our servers
• Signed proofs are cryptographic — we cannot forge or alter them

Controls are a tool, not financial advice. You are responsible for verifying results and making decisions based on them.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Free tier: Available indefinitely for public repos. We may adjust limits. Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds: Contact support@visihub.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

VisiHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Reconciliation results will be accurate or complete
• The service will meet your specific requirements

You use VisiHub at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegAtlas, LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for VisiHub in the 12 months preceding the claim

This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of VisiHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
